We are so pleased to present our new Executive Chef, Cezar Taneo. Originally from the Philippines, Cezar spent the early years of his career working his way up the ranks in a resort hotel in Manila. He came to Canada in 2016, and started working for Blue Canoe in 2019, where he again worked his way up to ultimately be promoted to Executive Chef in 2022. Cezar’s culinary talent and passion for food is evident on a daily basis, but what truly sets him apart are his leadership skills and positivity. He has carefully built and trained a team that shares his passion and vision, and are excited to be working for him. We are lucky to have him leading the kitchen team!
