Executive Sous Chef
Claudia grew up on a small farm in Zollbrueck, Switzerland. She completed her apprenticeship as a cook in a 3 star hotel in Switzerland. She continued to work in Switzerland until making the move to Vancouver, where she studied English while working part time.
Claudia started working at Blue Canoe as a cook in 2016, and has worked her way up the ladder into her current position of Executive Sous Chef
